Today i am going to show you How i repaired Ioinsed Air purifier
MAKE:-CRUSADERS
MODEL XJ-3900A
Back story:
One of my local distributor brought this equipment to me saying that it's not working and tried for repair with many local electronic repair centers. Since they are the local suppliers they tried their level best to repair this purifier. Even by replacing whole pcb with new one unable to solve this equipment.Because of authorized service centers are very limited in the country & also due to customer regular follow up they are unable to send this equipment to authorized service center.Now finally equipment is at my working table.
How i started:
Looking at the equipment (Ioinsed Air purifier) i was maping my self from where i should start.
Before starting any electronic repair work one should have below things
a) Schematic diagram
b) Recommended tools
c) Hand full of Replacement Componant
d) Data book or Internet
e) Fresh peace of mind
Above five points I strongly recommend to my repair Technicians to solve any kind of electronic trouble shooting work.Let us come back to Air purifier repair.

Even though i dont have any data or schmatics I opened the chassis screws as a regular practice visually checked for any component burn or damage.
I have not suspected the PCB faulty. Because from the distributer end itself we received new spare replaced pcb. Pls look in to the PCB for above equipment.

After visual inspection next question is why the equipment is not blowing air? Now the time is to check the FAN Circuit,Checked the fan Voltages found normal. Even the voltages are normal then why fan is not rotating? many questions in mind.This fan is not a common regular ac fan it is specially designed dc voltage RPM Controlled FAN.
A separate procedure is required to test this kind of fan motor. Below is the photo snap.
FAN MOTOR
Fan is composed with five wires with a bunch. Find out there color code & their meaning below.
1)Red(+Ve DC Bus 400V)
2)Black(Hot gnd)
3)White(Rpm +vcc 9vDC)
4)Yellow ( Feed back)
5)Blue(cold Gnd)
First clue what I got:
Finally suspected on fan motor faulty. Before replacement i need to confirm in my working bench whether it is really faulty or not.Anyhow as a professional i should not give wrong analysis report it's a question of reputation.Before testing the motor in bench as a clue I noticed a 1/4 watt 1ok ohms resistance black burning symptoms. Which is connecting to White wire of fan motor (RPM 9V DC Voltage).This is the first clue what i got for motor defective .Because of short circuit in the motor it is drawing excess of current via burned resistance shown below.

Ultimately motor defective conformed & asked the distributor to get the motor via manufacturer & replaced the same. Now the equipment worked very fine relaxed myself for some time with equipment fresh air.

dear mr. Basavaraj, may I know if you are located in Hyderabad, as I am a resident of the same and I have problem with my air purifier. The problem as far as I can ascertain is there is no output current grom the pcb.
